What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (required when your order includes sourced items, whose carriers need one) and the items you bought. We do not see or store your card number: payment details are tokenised in your browser by Authorize.net and charged through their service; we keep only the card type and its last four digits, for refunds.

When you browse, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested). If advertising measurement is switched on, Meta, TikTok and Google Analytics scripts may set cookies and receive page views and purchase events (order value, order id, hashed email) so we can measure ads; you can block these with your browser or an ad blocker and the store still works.

We also remember, in your own browser, the campaign link you arrived from (UTM parameters) for up to 30 days, so we know which ad brought you here.

How we use it

To fulfil your order, send order and shipping updates, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and understand which products and ads work. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Authorize.net (payment), Vercel and Neon (hosting and database), Printful (prints and ships printed-to-order items — receives your name, address, email and, if you gave one, phone number for the shipment), CJdropshipping, our supplier for sourced items (receives your name, address and phone number for the delivery — not your email), and Resend, which sends our order emails. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing operations@dsio.io; we will act within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA, including knowing what we collect and asking us to delete it; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising beyond the measurement described above.

Children

The store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
