Sourced items
Return any unused sourced item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email operations@dsio.io with your order id and we will send return instructions; return shipping is at your cost unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.
Editions (printed to order)
Because each piece is made for your order, Editions cannot be returned for change of mind. If a print arrives damaged, misprinted or with a defect, send a photo within 14 days and we will reprint it free or refund it — your choice.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 business days of approval.
