Terms of Service

Orders

An order is accepted when we charge your card and send a confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Prices are in US dollars and include standard US shipping unless the product page says otherwise. Sales tax is added where required.

Sourced items and printed-to-order items

Some products are sourced from third-party suppliers and may vary slightly from the photos in colour and packaging. Editions pieces are printed to order from our own artwork; each one is made when you order it and cannot be cancelled once production has started (usually within one business day).

Delivery

Sourced items ship in 2–5 business days; printed-to-order items in 7–10 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.

Intellectual property

Editions artwork, product photography, copy and the Tenant name are owned by DSIO Industries LLC and may not be reproduced for commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
